	PURCHASE AGREEMENT Returns The no quibble guarantee We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. Our margins are very small which means we are unable to offer freepost on returns, simply because we can't afford to. If you wish to send an item back for exchange or refund, you will have to pay for the postage yourself. We will however send the exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage. Please ensure any returns are sent by recorded delivery. TOP Delivery Standard delivery £4.00 If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times we usually tell you how long it will take us to process it. Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery, so a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order. This service should take between 2-5 working days. Standard Delivery (Up to 14 working days) TOP Stock Availabilty About our stock We try to give accurate stock information when you place your order, but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, when stock gets low we can't promise we will have what you ordered. We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then call us and we will help. Sometimes we'll just plain sell out and it takes a while to re-order. If something is out of stock you can place a back order if we are getting more of that product in we will give you an expected delivery time.
